Professionally, I am not an ordinary trainer. Thanks to the healthy form, muscles and sports skills that accompany me from my early adolescence until now, I owe it to myself and for years I have been a coach for myself, I train my body and soul on a daily basis. The knowledge gained, allows me to overcome my weaknesses, be strong and be an example. And thanks to this, I am able to perfectly care for people and adjust their training and nutrition plans individually to them, as well as the range of lifestyle counseling and psychological support.

From the age of 17 I am also a professional photo model, and this job requires me to be in the best shape, always, without interruption and without excuses.
ENGAGEMENT
Moving to a new country and meeting its strict conditions, adapting to a completely new culture, starting from scratch and with an empty pocket and 9 years on emigration, allowed me to gather a lot of experience and set myself clear goals. Otherwise I wouldn’t have survived. Today I am a young, independent woman, I run my own businesses and I am my own boss. I know what it means, to lose everything, therefore I put a lot of heart and commitment into each job I undertake. This is how I treat my work – very seriously and at the highest level. There is no time and no room for errors.
GAINED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Science is very important to me and I have a lot of respect for it. I have worked very hard to learning, to be able to share my knowledge with you. In my home country, Poland, I have successfully completed higher studies in Special Education (Pedagogy/Psychology), first my Bachelor’s Degree in 2014 and then my Master’s Degree in 2016. During my studies at university, I gained further education and gained knowledge as a personal trainer and trainer for groups at numerous courses successfully completed at the SAFS AG Sports Academy in Zurich, Switzerland. I.a. I completed courses as a fitness trainer, client advisor, workout trainer, personal trainer 1: 1, fitness equipment instructor, group trainer, Pilates mat class trainer. Moreover, I update my knowledge on an ongoing basis in order to work with YOU in the best possible way.
LOVE FOR SPORT, PEOPLE, A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AND VOLUNTEERING
Working for others, helping others is always full of me, I am very involved in it, also taking care of myself seriously, because I feel that I have to be an example for others, motivate them and inspire them.
SPORT, FITNESSS AND SPORTS GOALS WERE WITH ME FROM THE YOUNGEST YEARS
I have always been an active child, but my fascination with sports began in adolescence, when I noticed how my body was changing, I began to understand how important a need for exercise, healthy nutrition and taking care of form in my life is. Since then, sport and training as well as a healthy diet have accompanied me in my life to this day. sustainability, no exaggeration and fair play are my key words, this is the most important thing in sport.
